The view alone at the Opal Oak Summit is worth a Sunday drive. If you’re fortunate enough to be able to have one of the most memorable days of your life with that backdrop, well, congratulations! The friendly staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone.
The Opal Oak is hands down the best venue in East Tennessee. The owners care tremendously about your experience. The venue is brand new, extremely clean, and the view is stunning. You won’t find any better. Highly recommend!!

The communication with the venue director (Chad) is always professional and he goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are happy. The view from the venue is breathtaking and the ceremony site is perfectly placed to allow for the most amazing photos! We also love the convenience of the bridal suite & grooms suite!
This place is top notch. They care so much about you, your people and all that goes into your special day. When the Wilson brothers — Chad and his wife, Kelli, and Dillon and his wife, Mikhaila, first discovered it, it was a wild place with thick groves of trees crowding the summit, but when the two couples stepped to the edge of the tree line, they knew they’d found something special.
Together, they set out to transform it into Opal Oak Summit Wedding and Event Center, and today, they cordially invite you to take advantage of it for your weddings, your family reunions, your retreats, and any other gathering that demands a little something extra.
